摘要:
结合冠心病的临床诊断与标准，设计了基于Microsoft Access的冠心病临床病案资料数据库。我院1993年1月-2011年11月冠心病患者病案资料，以Visual C为开发工具建立“冠心病临床病案资料数据库”。数据库实现了对冠心病病案资料的存储、添加、查询、修改、删除等功能，可以向Excel软件传送数据并分析。冠心病临床病案资料数据库简单、实用，便于病案的信息化管理，有利于临床诊疗、教学和科研。
Abstract:
Based on the diagnosing and staging national standard for coronary heart disease and microsoft access，we designed a coronary heart disease clinical database. Combined the diabetic patients′ document in PLA No 451 hospital during 1993.01– 2011.11 to develop coronary heart disease clinical database. Visual C was the development tool.The database can save, add, search, modify and delete function. And it can transfer datum to Excel.The database is useful and practical.It is convenient to not only manage the patient information but also clinical cure ,clinical teaching and clinical research.
