摘要:
针对深部肿瘤光动力治疗(PDT)过程中关键参数的采集,我们开发了一套实时在体的氧分压和微弱荧光监测及成像系统。该系统利用普林斯顿高灵敏度CCD采集微弱荧光图像,利用海洋光学氧传感器NeoFox监测氧含量,采用LabVIEW开发上位机控制程序,将荧光图像、氧分压、荧光强度数据、结果的显示、分析与存储等功能结合在一起,实现了光动力治疗过程中实时多参数监测与成像。经光动力治疗反应荧光实验,验证了系统的有效性,为后续PDT疗效评估研究工作奠定了基础。
Abstract:
Since the key multiple parameters need to be monitored during the photodynamic therapy (PDT) in deep tumor, we developed a pO2 and weak fluorescence monitoring and imaging system. The Princeton Instrument scientific-grade CCD was used as the fluorescence imaging detector, NeoFox of Ocean Optics as O2 sensor and LabVIEW as programming platform. The function of the system included the fluorescence image measurement, the pO2 data acquisition, the fluorescence intensity detection, result display, data analyzing and recording simultaneously. The system realized the real-time multiple parameters measurement and analysis during PDT. The PDT chemical reaction experiments validate the sensitivity of system, which has a potential for assessment of PDT.
