我们基于格兰杰因果(Granger)分析,研究了右额叶肿瘤患者的静息态网络内部脑区的异常变化,从而探讨与右额叶肿瘤相关的病理机制。利用静息态功能磁共振技术,采集8例临床确诊右额叶肿瘤患者和8名正常志愿者的静息态脑功能数据,分别进行低频振荡振幅(ALFF)分析,将得到的额叶肿瘤患者和正常对照组的ALFF值进行双样本T检验,查看额叶肿瘤患者的激活区域,以激活区域作为感兴趣区(ROI),计算ROI之间的Granger残差系数,两组残差系数进行双样本T检验。右额叶肿瘤患者的补充运动区与楔前叶,背外侧额上回与眶内额上回之间的Granger残差系数与正常对照组有明显差异。根据ALFF结果显示,在静息态下右额叶肿瘤患者的额叶功能活动降低,这与额叶肿瘤部分组织的失活有关,而左侧额叶功能活动增强,且右侧背外侧额上回与左侧眶内额上回的因果关系发生明显的转变,可能与左侧额叶代偿作用有关。而补充运动区与楔前叶之间的信息流向发生变化,可能是默认网络对运动区的作用增强引起的。
Abstract:
To study the change of the brain regions about the resting net of the right frontal lobe tumor patients based on Granger causal analysis and then investigate pathological mechanism of tumor in right frontal lobe. Using the resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology, the resting-state of brain function data of 8 cases of right frontal lobe tumor patients which clinically diagnosed and 8 normal volunteers were collected. Analysis with amplitude of low frequency oscillation amplitude (ALFF), respectively, the activation area of patients with frontal lobe tumor after the two sets of values for two sample T test were checked. Then the Granger coefficient of residual of the ROIs which was the activation area was calculated, two groups of residual coefficients were analyzed with two sample T test. Compared with the normal control group, Granger residual coefficients of supplementary motor area and precuneus of right frontal lobe tumor patients had obvious difference as well as dorsolateral frontal gyrus and orbital frontal. According to ALFF results, in a resting state, the activity of right frontal lobe function in patients with frontal lobe tumor was reduced, which was associated with the deactivation of frontal lobe tumor part of the organization, and the activity of left frontal lobe is increased, and the causality has obvious changes in the right dorsolateral frontal gyrus and left orbital frontal, this is likely to be the compensatory effect of the left frontal lobe. And the change of information flow between the supplementary motor area and the precuneus is likely to be the default network to enhance the role of motor area.
