为了提高颈椎病治疗效果,我们设计了一种带有角度控制的多功能颈椎牵引椅。多功能颈椎牵引椅基于生物力学原理设计,选用ATMEGA16作为核心处理器,实时监测和处理各通道传感器采集到的牵引力、牵引角度等信号,通过对机械系统的精确控制,实现力量、角度的组合牵引。实验结果表明,系统精度高、运行平稳可靠,可以有效缓解颈椎病症状,具有广阔的应用前景。

In order to improve the treatment of cervical spondylosis, we designed a multi-functional cervical traction chair with angle control. Multi-functional traction chair was designed on the basis of biomechanics principles. As the core processor, ATMEGA16 could monitor and process traction force, traction angle and other singles collected from each sensor in real time. Combined traction of strength and angle was realized through accurate controlling of mechanical system. The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of high precision and reliable operation, it can effectively alleviate the symptoms of cervical spondylosis, and has a broad application prospect.
