摘要:
为了提高显色生物芯片图像处理的准确性且实现信号点自动定位,从而提升显色生物芯片识读仪的自动化程度,我们设计了一种用于显色生物芯片识读仪的配套软件。在EClipse中使用OpenCV,实现在Linux环境下完成对显色生物芯片图像的分析工作。然后将数据交由PC端处理判型,提高了工作效率。在图像分析软件中,借助摄像机读取CODE128条形码存储的阵列信息,提高定位准确性。通过与同类型上市识读仪软件进行对比实验,结果表明本研究设计的软件可靠。
Abstract:
In order to improve the accuracy and achieve the automated location in colorful Bio-chip image processing , to improve the degree of automation on Bio-chip reader, a software of colorful Bio-chip reader was designed in this paper. The colorful Bio-chip image processing with EClipse in Linux was achieved. The data was processed to analyze the type by PC, improving the work efficiency. In the image processing software, the accuracy of location was improved through reading the information of array in CODE128. Comparaed with the same type of software,the results show that the design of software is reliable.
