摘要:
建立一种血浆中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的含量测定方法。以HCY为目标分子,α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯作交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为引发剂,制备了HCY分子印迹模板,并以此为电活性物质研制了HCY电极,用以建立血液中HCY的测定方法。HCY在5×10-3 mol/L~5×10-5 mol/L范围内与电池电动势呈现良好的Nernst响应,r为0.9992,并用大鼠血浆进行了加样回收,平均回收率为101.3%,RSD为2.71%。HCY电极响应性能良好,可用于真实样品的测定。
Abstract:
To develop a new method for determination of homocysteine in plasma. A homocysteine(HCY) ion selective electrode was fabricated with a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP). The process was based on the synthesis of polymers with HCY as template, α-methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a crosslinker,2,2′-Azobis(2-methylpropionitrile)(AIBN) as initiator. The ion selective electrode was prepared with this HCY MIP as electric active substance, and was used to assay the HCY in plasma. The electromotive force 〖WTBX〗(E)〖WTBZ〗 exhibited a excellent Nernst response to HCY concentration over a range of 5×10-3 mol/L~5×10-5 mol/L, and average recovery rate was 101.3%. RSD was 2.71% . The HCY electrode can be used for determintion of real sample.
