心肺复苏是抢救心脏骤停患者的唯一有效途径,其中胸外按压是关键环节。为了对学习胸外按压学员的操作质量进行总体评估,提出了一种基于信号相似性度量的评价方法。基于训练者胸外按压操作全过程的按压深度波形信号,通过特征提取将胸外按压操作转化为一组由时域特征构成的多元时间序列,并利用相似性度量算法进行不同按压信号之间的相似性比较。最后,设计了实验,计算了按压技能不同水平群体的胸外按压信号之间的相似度,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Abstract:
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is the only effective way to rescue patients with cardiac arrest. The chest compression is the critical step in CPR. In order to evaluate the operation quality of chest compression trainers, an evaluation method based on the signal similarity measurement was proposed in this paper. Based on the compression depth signals within the whole process of operation, the chest compression operation could be described with multivariate time series composed of time domain features by feature extraction. The similarity measure algorithm was used to compare the similarity between different compression signals. Finally, the similarity of chest compression signals between several groups was calculated in the experiment. The effectiveness of the evaluation method based on the signal similarity measurement is verified by experiment results.
