摘要:
通过测量生地黄、BG11培养基、栅藻的生物光子辐射,以及生地黄对栅藻生物光子辐射的影响,并将实验数据进行分析处理,我们发现生地黄会使栅藻的生物光子辐射发生明显的变化,随着生地黄汤剂体积的增大,栅藻的自发发光平均强度及延迟发光初始强度均呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,最高值位于350 ul处。在一定范围内,生地黄汤剂的体积与栅藻的自发发光平均强度呈较好的线性关系。这说明栅藻的生物光子辐射对其所处液体环境的变化具有高度的灵敏性,为栅藻作为生物指示剂奠定了基础。
Abstract:
By measuring the biophoton emission from Radix Rehmanniae Recens, BG11 medium and scenedesmus, and exploring the effect of radix rehmanniae recens on the biophoton emission from scenedesmus,the experimental data was analyed and processed we found significant changes in the biophoton emission of Scenedesmus by radix rehmanniae recens, With the volume increase of radix rehmanniae recens, the change trend of the average intensity of spontaneous luminescence and the initial strength of delayed luminescence from the Scenedesmus were first increased and then decreased, the highest value of both was located 350 ul. Within a certain range, there was a good linear relationship between the volume of radix rehmanniae recens and the average intensity of spontaneous luminescence of the Scenedesmus. It shows that the biophoton emission of Scenedesmus has a high sensitivity to the change of the liquid environment, which lays the foundation for the biological indicator.
