摘要:
由于聚乳酸具有良好的生物相容性及加工性,已被广泛用于医疗器械产品的研发。3D打印技术能快速精准的加工个体差异化的产品,在医疗器械产品的研发中得到了广泛的关注。我们主要综述了聚乳酸在3D打印骨组织修复支架、药物输送系统和医学模型等医疗器械产品中的研究进展,并对聚乳酸在3D打印医疗器械产品中存在的问题及发展方向进行了探讨和展望。
Abstract:
Polylactic acid has been widely used in the research of medical device, because of its good biocompatibility and processability. 3D printing technology can prepare individualized product rapidly and accurately, so it is attracted generally in the research of medical device. The research of polylactic acid in 3D printing medical device, such as bone tissue scaffold, drug delivery system, medical model, and so on is reviewed. Furthermore, the existing problems and forecasted the future development directions of polylactic acid in the 3D printing medical device are discussed.
