摘要:
为了使患者能安全、有效、舒适、可靠的进行康复评定与训练,以成年人生理、心理特性为依据,应用人体工效学的理论,从人体测量、生物力学、心理学、治疗环境等角度,通过虚拟设计与仿真分析,并对样机进行受试者的真实测试实验,分析和评价了医患人员与仪器、治疗环境三者之间的相互作用关系,对结构不合理之处提出了优化设计方案。结果表明所设计开发的智能化多态平衡测定仪在较好地实现治疗效果的同时,能保证患者测试训练过程中的安全性及可靠性的要求,而人体工效学原理与虚拟样机仿真分析技术相结合,能尽早发现设计缺陷,缩短仪器开发流程,节约开发时间及成本。
Abstract:
To meet the requirements of training safety, effectiveness, patient comfortability and reliability, this paper analyzed and evaluated the relationships between the doctor-patient, the equipment and the environment by using ergonomics theories from the point of the human body measurement, biomechanics, psychology, environment and so on. In particular, we carried out virtual design, simulation analysis and prototyping testing experiment based on physiological and psychological characteristics of adults, then tried to find out unreasonable structure in order to optimize it. It showed that the intelligent multi-state balance detector(IMBD) could provide safety, reliability, comfortable and good therapeutic effects. The results show that the ergonomic principles combined with the virtual prototype can be used in analyzing of designed instruments, and it can short the process of the development and save time and cost.
