摘要:
设计一种专门用于监控测量脑脊液、手术伤口的渗出液流速和流量的传感器。根据法拉第电磁感应原理,采用低频方波励磁方式和单片机控制系统,设计选出一种最优方案并进行试验验证。样机的测量精度、重复误差等均能满足要求。样机质量稳定,性能能够满足临床对人体体液引流过程的监控需求,为患者术后的护理提供了一种安全、方便的监护手段。
Abstract:
To design an electromagnetic flow meter for monitoring the exudates drain process from a cerebrospinal and surgical wound. According to Faraday electromagnetic induction principle, a low frequency square wave excitation mode and a single chip microcomputer control system were adopted to design an optimal scheme and verify the experiment. The measurement accuracy and repetition error of the prototype can meet the requirements. The prototype has stable quality and can meet the needs of clinical monitoring of the exudates from surgical wound drainage process. It provides a safe and convenient means of postoperative care.
