壳聚糖具有优良的生物相容性、抗菌性、吸附性、生物降解性和成膜性,是一种具有广阔发展前景的生物医学材料,尤其在组织工程中的应用价值备受关注。近几年来壳聚糖在口腔颌面组织工程中的应用发展迅速,现对有关壳聚糖与口腔颌面组织工程学的研究作一综述。
- Abstract:

Chitosan is of great biocompatibility, antibiotic property, adsorptivity, biodegradability and film-formation. Therefore, it’s a potential biomedical material for future development, especially in tissue engineering, which has caught much attention among researchers. Recently,due to the fast development of the use of chitosan in oral and maxillofacial tissue engineering, it’s necessary to make a review of researches in relate with the application of chitosan to oral and maxillofacial tissue engineering.
