摘要:
通过测量不同实验条件下栅藻的延迟发光动力学行为,确定最优实验条件,为栅藻作为生物指示剂奠定基础。用YPMS-2生物光子测量仪检测栅藻延迟发光,将测得的数据用Statistica 10.0软件进行拟合、处理,得到表征栅藻性质的可靠参数斜率k。栅藻的最佳使用浓度为2.5~3.5×107个/mL,栅藻使用的最佳生长阶段为40~60 d,加入不同中药煎煮液的栅藻斜率k值有较大差异,为研究中药药性提供了新的方向。
Abstract:
By measuring the delayed luminescence dynamics behavior of Scenedesmus in different experimental conditions, to determine the optimal experimental conditions, and lay a foundation for Scenedesmus as biological indicator. The delayed luminescence of Scenedesmus was detected with YPMS - 2 biophoton measuring instrument. The measured data were fitted and analyzed with statistica 10.0 software. Slope k, a reliable parameter that characterizes the nature of Scenedesmus is obtained. The optimal concentration range is (2.5~3.5)×107个/mL of using Scenedesmus. Growth of 40~60 d Scenedesmus is most suitable for use. The slope k value of Scenedesmus after adding different herbal decoction liquid has bigger differences. It provides a new direction for the study of Chinese medicinal properties.
