摘要:
磁感应热疗计划系统(MHTPS)需要向计划医生提供更加直观的三维病灶属性,以辅助制定最优适形热疗计划。传统方法需手动勾画所有包含目标的片层,而后进行三维重建,分割耗时巨大,无法满足临床实用性和高效性要求。本研究针对手动分割效率较低的问题,探究了新的热疗计划系统中组织器官分割方法,引入并优化基于多方向片层的薄板样条最小能量半自动分割方法。实验结果表明该分割方法能够较好地描述人体组织器官和肿瘤的二维轮廓和三维模型,解决磁感应热疗计划系统中三维治疗靶区的适形确定问题,显著改善了传统手动分割方法的效率,可集成至计划系统使用,减轻医生和物理师负担。
Abstract:
Magnetic induction hyperthermia treatment planning system (MHTPS) should provide a more intuitive three-dimensional attribute to doctor to develop the most dominant heat treatment plan. Traditional method need to draw all slices contained target manually, then start three dimensional reconstruction. It takes a huge amount of time and unable to meet high efficiency requirements in clinical application. To improve the efficiency of manual segmentations, we systematically studied the numerical methods to segment tissues and organs in hyperthermia planning and conducted a semi-manual minimum energy segmentation method based on the thin plate spline in multi-directional slices. Finally, the experimental results show that this method can describe the two-dimensional contour and three-dimensional model of human tissue organs and tumors well, and solve the problem of the optimal shape of the 3D treatment target area in the magnetic induction hyperthermia treatment planning system, moreover, the efficiency of traditional manual segmentation method is improved and can be used to treatment planning system and reduce the workload of doctors and physiologists.
