摘要:
提出了基于容积脉搏波振幅梯度的血压检测方法,并开发了相应的检测系统,进行了原理测试和对比实验。首先,对三名实验者进行了验证性实验,确认了系统的稳定性;其次,以水银式血压检测法作为对比方法,进行了基于容积脉搏波振幅梯度的血压检测法的对比实验,〖JP2〗实验结果表明两种血压检测法具有良好的直线相关性;最后,用Bland-Altman图进行分析,结果表明收缩压和舒张压均有94%以上的实验结果分布在95%置信区间的范围之内,说明两种测量方法具有良好的一致性。基于容积脉搏波振幅梯度的血压检测法与水银式血压检测法具有大致相同的检测精度,本研究提出的新的血压检测法对间歇式血压检测是有效的。
Abstract:
A new blood pressure measurement method based on the amplitude gradient of volume pulse wave was proposed, a corresponding detection system was developed, and the principle test and the comparison experiment for the system were carried out. Firstly, a confirmatory test was conducted by three participants involved, and the stability of the system was confirmed. Secondly, a contrast experiment of the blood pressure measurement method proposed and the mercury sphygmomanometer blood pressure measurement method was carried out. The experimental results showed that two kinds of blood pressure detection method had good linear correlation. Finally, the Bland-Altman method was used to analyze the consistency of two kinds of detection methods. The experimental results showed that 94% of the detection data of the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure was located in the 95% confidence interval range, showing two kinds of measurement method with good consistency. The blood pressure detection method based on the amplitude gradient of volume pulse wave has approximately the same detection accuracy as the mercury sphygmomanometer blood pressure measurement method, and the new method presented in this paper is effective for the detection of blood pressure.
