胎心率是胎儿健康状态的重要生理指标,超声测量胎心率是临床上最常用的一种手段。在超声胎心仪的研制过程中需要胎心仪信号模拟装置来验证仪器精确性,提出一种基于单片机的胎心仪信号模拟装置,该装置用步进电机驱动小钢珠在水中震动,模拟人体内的胎儿心脏的跳动,通过单片机内的定时器功能改变钢珠震动的频率和幅度,通过震动的钢珠反射超声波,同时使用超声信号采集系统采集数据进行验证。结果表明该模拟器能够有效模拟胎儿心跳规律,提供所需要的超声回波数据。

Fetal heart rate is an important technical indicator for fetal health. Fetal heart rate measured by Doppler ultrasound has been widely used. In the development of fetal heart rate instrument, the signal simulator of fetal heart rate instrument is needed to verify the accuracy of the instrument. We proposed a fetal heart rate signal simulator device based on microcontrollers, which used a stepping motor to drive small steel balls vibrating in water to simulate the real beating of fetal heart. The simulated signals were collected by an ultrasound signal acquisition system. Results show that the simulator can effectively simulate the fetal heartbeat and provide the required echo data.
