摘要:
探究螺钉布局和内固定物材料对内固定系统稳定性及骨愈合过程的影响。运用有限元方法模拟不同试验方案的骨愈合过程,观察愈合过程中接骨板与螺钉的应力、骨痂的应变及股骨密度的变化并得出最佳组合方式。骨愈合过程接骨板及螺钉上应力集中点出现转移,前期集中于骨折线附近,后期向骨折远端转移。考虑前期骨痂的形成与后期股骨的吸收,本试验最佳组合为A1-B2。
Abstract:
To investigate the effects of screw layout and internal fixation material on the stability of the internal fixation system and the bone healing process. The finite element method was used to simulate the bone healing process of different experimental protocols. The stress of the plate and screw, the strain of the callus and the change of femur density were observed during the healing process and the best combination was obtained.During the bone healing process, the stress concentration region on the bone plate and the screw appeared to be transferred. The stress of plate was concentrated near the fracture line in early period and transferred to the distal end of the fracture in the later. Considering the formation of callus in the early period and the absorption of femur in the later, the best combination of this experiment is A1-B2.
