肝脏的三维重建是3D打印技术的重要应用之一。以CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)数据为基础,通过MIMICS 21.0对肝脏的结构乃至病灶进行重建,再结合光固化的3D打印技术,以光敏树脂为材料,实现重建肝脏的3D打印实体化,结果表明,基于CTA数据的MIMICS肝脏重建模型完全支持3D打印,在扫描层厚1.5 mm,打印厚度25 μm,打印精度≤200 μm,环境温度18~25℃,肖氏硬度30条件下,使用光敏树脂材料的光固化打印能赋予肝脏模型一定的透明度,展示其内部结构和血管走向,同时也能赋予其一定的柔韧度,在触感上接近于生理状态下的肝脏。
Abstract:
Three dimension reconstruction is an important application of 3D printing technology. In our study,we used MIMICS21.0 to reconstruct liver based on Computed Tomography Angiography(CTA) and manufactured substantive liver model through 3D printing. Dynamic Region Grow, Threshold, Split Mask, Edit Mask, Smart Expand, Calculation in MIMICS were applied in the reconstruction. The substantive liver model was manufactured through photocuring 3D printing with resin as the raw material. Particular positions were built transparently with a proper flexibility.The results show that the reconstructed liver by MIMICS support 3D printing and with resin as the printing material, a transparent liver model is built showing the internal structure and vessels. Meanwhile, the model is flexible, which gives a realistic texture.
