摘要:
上肢协调功能障碍是脑卒中患者及脑瘫患儿常见的后遗症,导致患者生活不能自理,严重危及患者的生理心理健康。我们介绍了上肢协调功能康复训练的两大方法:双侧肢体间协调训练和单侧肢体内协调训练,详细阐述了虚拟现实、多感官传感、图像投影、康复机器人、生物反馈电刺激等康复技术在上肢协调功能障碍中的应用,并对训练效果进行总结。最后对未来上肢协调训练康复技术的发展进行展望。
Abstract:
Upper limb coordination dysfunction is a common sequelae of stroke patients and children with cerebral palsy, which leads to inability to take care of themselves and seriously endangers the physical and mental health of patients. We introduces two methods of rehabilitation training of upper limb coordination function, one is bilateral limb coordination training and the other is unilateral limb coordination training. The application of virtual reality, multi-sensory sensing, image projection, rehabilitation robots, biofeedback electrical stimulation and other rehabilitation technologies in upper limb coordination dysfunction are elaborated in detail, and the training effect is summarized. Finally, the future development of upper limb coordination training and rehabilitation technology is prospected.
