针对疝修补用聚丙烯网易引起脏器粘连的缺陷,通过等离子体处理技术对其表面进行了改性,采用扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱仪、接触角测量仪等对聚丙烯网的表面形貌、元素组成、亲水性能等进行了表征。结果表明,等离子体处理后的聚丙烯网表面变得粗糙,随着放射功率的增加和处理时间的延长,聚丙烯网表面接触角变小,氧气氛围下处理的聚丙烯网表面的亲水性能改善显著。

In order to overcome the deficiency that the abdominal organs adhesion caused by using polypropylene mesh for hernia repair, the surface of polypropylene mesh was treated by plasma.The morphology,element composition and hydrophilicity of polypropylene mesh surface were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS) and contact angle meter.The results show that the surface of polypropylene mesh becomes rougher after plasma treatment, the contact angle decreases as the increase of plasma treatment power and time.The hydrophilicity of polypropylene mesh improve significantly in oxygen atmosphere.
