利用非线性参数研究运动后恢复期的自主神经系统调控过程。对比16名年轻健康受试者运动前、后的心率、血压、心率变异性(HRV)频域指标和心率不对称性(HRA)的非线性指标(SD1a、SD1d、SD2a、SD2d、SDNNa及SDNNd),计算HRV频域指标与HRA指标在运动前、后的相关性。运动恢复期,LF显著上升(P<0.05),HF、VLF、SD1a、SD1d、SD2a、SD2d、SDNNa及SDNNd显著减小(P<0.01);运动后HRV频域指标与HRA非线性指标之间的相关性显著增大(P<0.05)。健康受试者在运动后5 min中内心率和血压基本恢复平稳,HRA的多个指标,即SD1a、SD1d、SD2a、SD2d、SDNNa及SDNNd与传统的HRV频域指标HF、LF、VLF在运动后具有很强的相关性,HRA能够反应运动使得交感神经兴奋,且运动后迷走神经重激活的现象,可有效进行临床诊断及个人运动处方的制定。

To study the regulation of autonomic nervous system in the recovery period after exercise by using nonlinear parameters.Methods: The heart rate, blood pressure, HRV frequency domain indexes and nonlinear indexes (SD1a, SD1d, SD2a, SD2d, SDNNa and SDNNd) of 16 young healthy subjects before and after exercise were compared, and the correlation between HRV frequency domain indexes and nonlinear indexes before and after exercise was compared.Results Showed that: during the recovery period, LF increased significantly (P < 0.05), HF, VLF, SD1a, SD1d, SD2a, SD2d, SDNNa and SDNNd decreased significantly (P < 0.01), and the correlation between frequency domain index and nonlinear index increased significantly (P < 0.05).The heart rate and blood pressure of healthy subjects recovers smoothly in 5 min after exercise.SD1a, SD1d, SD2a, SD2d, SDNNa and SDNNd have a strong correlation with the traditional time domain indexes HF, LF and VLF, especially after exercise.They can reflect the phenomenon that exercise makes sympathetic nerve excited, and the vagus nerve reactivates after exercise, so they can carry out clinical diagnosis and make personal exercise prescription.
