心腔内超声(intracardiac echocardiography,ICE)在心房颤动介入治疗过程中发挥重要作用,是一种引导房间隔穿刺、排查左心耳血栓的有效工具。本文介绍了心腔内超声的原理,阐述了其发展、器械类型及临床价值,重点分析了心腔内超声在心房颤动介入治疗中的应用情况,通过现有证据,从术中操作的安全性及有效性,术后并发症等角度说明了ICE在心房颤动介入治疗中的应用价值。

Intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) plays a vital role in catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation, and it is effective to guide trans-septal puncture and investigate left atrial appendage thrombus. We introduce the principle of intracardiac echocardiography,summarize the development, equipment type and clinical value of ICE, and then describe the application of intracardiac echocardiography in catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation. Base on the existing evidence, we explain the great value of ICE in catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation from the safety and effectiveness of intraoperative operation and postoperative complications.
