为实现患者无体表物理标记、还原患者定位时的姿态,本研究开发了适用于HoloLens2的AR引导放疗摆位系统,研究了AR系统中的三维配准原理;并对识别图尺寸大小对三维注册误差的影响做了对比测试。利用前指针和激光测距仪测量以识别图为原点的加速器等中心的坐标,使用肺部模体进行测试,以测试时间和主观问卷量表作为评价指标。8 cm×8 cm识别图的三维注册误差最小,为(4.45±0.23)mm;传统摆位花费的时间为(2.10±0.12)min,而AR引导放疗摆位花费的时间为(2.34±0.43)min(P<0.05)。AR引导放疗摆位在易学性、系统复杂度、全息投影清晰度三个方面的评分优于传统放疗摆位。

Aiming at markless on the body surface and restore the posture of CT simulation positioning, we developed a software suitable for HoloLens2 based on augmented reality (AR) and image recognition technology. The principle of three-dimensional registration in the AR system was studied,the impact of the size of the image on the three-dimensional registration error was compared. Using the front pointer and laser rangefinder, the coordinates of the accelerator Isocenter with the image as the origin were measured. The lung phantom was used for testing,the test time and questionnaire subjective were used as evaluation indicators. The result showed that the 8 cm×8 cm 3D registration error was the smallest of (4.45±0.23) mm.The time spent in traditional set-up was (2.10±0.12) min, while that of AR-guided radiotherapy was (2.34±0.43) min (P<0.05). The scores of AR-guided radiotherapy set-up are better than that of the traditional in terms of ease of learning, system complexity, and clarity of holographic projection.
