摘要:
结直肠癌是常见的胃肠道恶性肿瘤,其发病率及死亡率逐年升高,准确、高效地诊断及评估结直肠癌具有重要意义。影像组学作为一种新兴技术,旨在深度挖掘医学图像中人眼无法识别的信息,可提高疾病的诊疗效果,已成为医学影像研究领域的热点方向。本文简要介绍了影像组学概念及其工作流程,并从鉴别诊断、术前病理分期、辅助治疗决策、疗效及预后评估等方面分析了近年来影像组学在结直肠癌诊疗中的应用,总结了影像组学在结直肠癌诊疗中的临床现状和应用价值。
Abstract:
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of gastrointestinal tract, its morbidity and mortality increase year by year. It is important to diagnose and evaluate colorectal cancer accurately and efficiently.As an emerging technology,radiomics aims to deeply mine the information that cannot be recognized by human eyes in medical images,can improve the effect of disease diagnosis and treatment.It has become a hot issue in the field of medical imaging research.We briefly introduce the concept and workflow of radiomics, and analyze the application of radiomics in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer in recent years from the aspects of differential diagnosis, preoperative pathological staging, adjuvant treatment decision, efficacy and prognosis evaluation, and summarizy the research status and application value of radiomics in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
