摘要:
为提高完全植入式静脉输液港港针一次性插入的成功率,本研究设计了一款Y-Z型磁性完全植入式静脉输液港。该输液港由磁性港体和磁性定位装置两部分组成,在磁性港体上端硅胶隔膜的外周嵌入靶磁体,磁性定位装置头端为带有缺口的定位环,其内嵌入锚定磁体。靶磁体和锚定磁体为N-S极相互配对且能够准确对位相吸的钕铁硼磁环。采用电子万能试验机测量靶磁体和锚定磁体的磁力-位移曲线,并通过离体实验验证该装置定位穿刺的便捷性。根据磁锚定技术原理,设计并3D打印出Y-Z型磁性完全植入式静脉输液港样品。磁力测试结果显示,靶磁体与锚定磁体在零距离时吸力为36.87 N,在5 mm间距时吸力为2.17 N。通过在离体动物皮肤组织下植入本研究模型,模拟港针插入操作,结果显示,该装置一次穿刺成功率可达100%。Y-Z型磁性完全植入式静脉输液港设计巧妙、加工简单、成本低、使用便捷,可显著提高穿刺成功率,具有临床应用潜力。
Abstract:
To improve the success rate of one-time insertion of total implantable venous access port, we designed a Y-Z magnetic total implantable venous access port. The Y-Z magnetic total implantable venous access port was composed of magnetic port body and magnetic positioning device. A target magnet was embedded in the outer circumference of the silicone diaphragm at the upper end of the magnetic port body. The head of the magnetic positioning device was a positioning ring with a notch, and an anchor magnet was embedded in it. The target magnet and the anchor magnet were Nd2Fe14B magnetic rings that were paired with N-S poles and could accurately attract each other. The magnetic force-displacement curves of target and anchor magnets were measured by electronic universal testing machine, and the convenience of positioning puncture was verified by in vitro experiments. According to the principle of magnetic anchor technique, the Y-Z magnetic total implantable venous access port sample was successfully designed and 3D printed. The magnetic force test results showed that the suction between the target magnet and the anchor magnet was 36.87 N at zero distance and 2.17 N at 5 mm distance. By implanting this model under the isolated skin tissue of animals, the simulated Huber needle insertion operation showed that the success rate of one-time puncture of the device could reach 100%. Y-Z magnetic total implantable venous access port has the advantages of ingenious design, simple processing, low cost and convenient to use. It can significantly improve the success rate of puncture and has the potential of clinical application.
