为实现双极射频美容仪对皮下不同深度真皮组织均匀分层加热,本研究设计了一种分时三选通模式的点阵射频电极阵列。首先,以双极电极间距与加热深度之间的关系为核心进行点阵设计,实现在不同选通模式下,射频电路中不同间距双极性电极对组合工作,使射频能量达到预定加热靶点位置;之后,将已剥离脂肪的新鲜猪皮固定后,使用自研的分时三选通点阵射频美容仪进行加热实验,三种点阵电极间距分别为2.00、3.84和5.57 mm。结果表明,作用于不同皮下深度组织的三种间距电极阵列,有效加热面积依次扩大,分时全选通状态下均匀加热面积可达642 mm2,能实现对皮下不同深度真皮组织均匀分层加热。
Abstract:
To achieve uniform layered heating of subcutaneous dermal tissue at different depths by using a bipolar RF beauty device, a time-sharing three gate mode dot matrix RF electrode array was designed. Firstly, the lattice was designed based on the relationship between bipolar electrodes spacing and the heating depth. Under the different gating modes, the combination of bipolar electrode pairs with different spacing in RF circuits enabled the RF energy to reach the predetermined heating target position. After fixing the fresh pig skin that has been stripped of fat, the self-developed time-sharing three-way strobe dot matrix radio frequency beauty device is used for heating experiment. Under the three gating modes, the working electrode spacings were 2.00, 3.84 and 5.57 mm, respectively. The results indicated that three spacing electrode arrays, which acted on tissue with different subcutaneous depths, effectively expanding the heating area in sequence, and the uniform heating area reached 642 mm2 in the fully gated state. This can achieve uniform layered heating of subcutaneous dermis tissue at different depths.
