本研究应用可视化角膜生物力学分析仪,于角膜胶原交联术前与术后3月内不同时间对兔眼角膜实施测试,探讨角膜胶原交联后,角膜动态响应参数随术后时间的变化,并计算角膜弹性模量,分析生物力学参数与中央角膜厚度、生物力学矫正眼压的相关性。研究发现,术后1周内角膜动态响应参数变化明显,术后2~3月开始趋于稳定。交联后4周角膜弹性模量增加78.7%,交联效果较好。生物力学参数与中央角膜厚度、生物力学矫正眼压均有相关性,评估角膜生物力学性质同时要关注角膜厚度与眼压的影响。本研究探讨角膜胶原交联后生物力学特性的变化,为交联处置术式的个性化和评估交联手术术后效果提供参考。

In this study, corneal visualisation scheimpflug technology was used to test rabbit corneas at different times before and within 3 months after corneal collagen crosslinking, to investigate the changes of dynamic corneal response parameters after corneal collagen crosslinking with postoperative time, and to calculate the corneal elastic modulus. The correlation of biomechanical parameters with central corneal thickness and biomechanical correction of intraocular pressure(IOP)was analyzed. The results showed that the corneal dynamic response parameters changed significantly in the first week after surgery, and tended to be stable from 2 to 3 months after surgery. Four weeks after crosslinking, the elastic modulus of the cornea increased by 78.7% compared with that before the operation, and the crosslinking effect was good. Biomechanical parameters were correlated with central corneal thickness and biomechanical correction of IOP, and the influence of corneal thickness and IOP should be paid attention to in the evaluation of corneal biomechanical properties. This study investigates the changes of biomechanical properties of corneal collagen after crosslinking, and provides reference for the individualization of crosslinking treatment methods and the evaluation of postoperative effects of crosslinking surgery.
