摘要:
本研究将稀土铽硝酸盐以共价键键接到选择性氧化改性纤维素的羧基上,成功制备稀土修饰氧化纤维素医用敷料。通过X射线衍射和荧光光谱测试证明,该敷料能即时吸水,快速牵引水分,紫外光照下发出绿色特征光,适用于创面止血,能促进创面修复和愈合,又可用于伤口感染的特殊标记和光学显示,具有很好的临床应用前景。
Abstract:
The rare earth modified oxidized cellulose medical dressings that terbium nitrates acted to the carboxyl of selective oxidized cellulose by covalent bonds were prepared. The dressings could absorb water instantly, pull moisture fastly, and absorption would be up to 12~14 times. When under the ultraviolet light of 365 nm wavelength, the dressings would emit green light. The dressings can be used to stop bleeding, repair and heal wounds. They also can be used as a special mark after infection and the optical display, and they have good prospects for clinical application.
