摘要:
通过优化栅藻的培养条件及探讨栅藻生理特性的超微弱发光变化规律,为栅藻作为生物指示剂奠定基础。用YPMS-2生物光子测量仪对栅藻属栅藻进行超微弱发光的测量,并利用Origin9.1软件对测量结果进行分析处理。栅藻的最适培养条件为:温度为25℃,光照强度为4 000 Lux,在一定范围内栅藻的超微弱发光强度与藻液浓度呈现正相关。栅藻整个生长周期,其超微弱发光随时间先快速增长,后趋于平缓。栅藻藻液的整个生命系统的超微弱发光具有相干性。通过对不同生长阶段及不同浓度的栅藻的超微弱发光的测量,可以对栅藻的生长状态进行判断。
Abstract:
Through optimizing the culture conditions of scenedesmus and investigating ScenedesmusScenedesmus physiological characteristics of ultra-weak luminescence change rule,lay a foundation for scenedesmus as biological indicator.The ultraweak bioluminescence of thescenedesmus was detected with YPMS-2 Biophoton measuring instrument. The measurement results were analyzed by using Origin9.1 software.The optimum culture conditions of scenedesmus were as follows: the temperature was 25 ℃, the light intensity was 4000 lux, the spontaneous luminescence of scenedesmus were positively related with scenedesmus biomass when the biomass was less than 1.5×107/mL。During different cultivation stages of scenedesmus,the emission strength were different correspondingly.The ultraweak bioluminescence of the entire life system of scenedesmus conforms to the coherence.The growth status of scenedesmus can be forecasted by detecting the ultraweak bioluminescence of scenedesmus.
