摘要:
纳米金免疫层析测定法由于符合现代医学倡导的“床边检验”的发展潮流,具有特异性强,操作方法简单、效率高、可以单人份检测及无污染等特点而成为最常用的一种侧流免疫层析快速检测方法。本研究阐述了定量检测的意义,然后分别从纳米金免疫层析试条定量性能的改进、试条信息的采集检测系统与试条信息的处理三个方面来综述纳米金免疫层析定量检测的研究进展,最后对其未来的研究方向进行展望。
Abstract:
The gold immunochromatographic strip (GICS), also called lateral flow immunoassay, has been under especially intensive investigations in the past decade because of its advantages such as ease of use, short analysis time, low cost, high sensitivity, good specificity, satisfactory stability when applied to a wide variety of pointofcare tests (POCT). We describe the significance of quantitative determination of GICS, and then summary three aspects of research results which are the improvement of quantitative performance, detection systems for acquiring the signal of GICS and the signal processing methods for the GICS respectively. Finally, the conclusions and some issues for further research are addressed.
