设计了一个液面高度稳定装置。用以减少液体添加过程中,液面高度变化导致夹管阀两端的压力差变化,对液体添加量造成影响。借助于弹簧抗力补偿液面高度变化,使得液面高度维持在一个固定的位置。由此,使得夹管阀入口侧压力恒定,从而稳定夹管阀两端的压力差,保证了液体添加量的准确。此装置可以有效地解决液面高度变化对液体添加量造成的影响,其结构简单、易于实施,具有较强的实用性和推广应用价值。

A liquid level stabilizing apparatus was designed to reduce the impact of pressure difference change caused by falling liquid height on the added liquid amount.By spring force to compensate liquid surface height changes,the liquid surface height was maintained in a fixed location.The pinch valve entrance side pressure was made constant, the pinch valve ends of pressure difference was siable. the accurate amount of added liquid was ensured. This apparatus can effective reduce the impact of liquid level on the amount of added liquid.
