摘要:
调查装配踝关节平衡装置步行时踝关节周围肌肉的肌电活动。16个健康成人(男8名, 女8名)参加了这项研究。测量装配踝关节平衡装置步行时胫骨前肌、腓骨长肌、腓肠肌外侧、腓肠肌内侧、胫骨后肌肌肉电活动。支撑相胫骨前肌和腓骨长肌的肌电图均方根振幅(RMS)峰值在踝关节平衡装置失衡和制动之间有统计学意义(〖WTBX〗P〖WTBZ〗<0.05)。结果表明,踝关节平衡装置可能有益于踝关节外侧扭伤后的康复治疗,特别是步行训练。
Abstract:
To investigate how ankle stabilization device affects the muscle activity of ankle muscles during walking. Sixteen healthy people (8 males and 8 females) were instructed to walk on the floor. The electromyography (EMG) activity of tibialis anterior, the peroneus longus, the gastrocnemius lateral, the gastrocnemius medial, and the tibialis posterior were measured. Differences in RMS peak value of tibialis anterior and peroneus longus between unbalance and braking were statistically significant for ankle stabilization device (〖WTBX〗P〖WTBZ〗<0.05). The results suggest that the ankle stabilization device is good for rehabilitation programs especially during the training of walking.
