基于线阵电荷耦合器件(charge coupled device,CCD)设计了一种数字差分式肌张力传感器,以悬臂梁为弹性元件,线阵CCD为检测元件,将张力变化转化为激光光斑在CCD感光窗口上的位置变化,实现了肌张力的数字差分式测量。采用两组线阵CCD对称式设计,使传感器具有差动式测量的优点;位移变化是以线阵CCD像元的数量来体现,使传感器具有数字化测量的特点。结果证明,测量方法具有数字差分的特征,显著降低了传感器的非线性误差和迟滞,适用于微张力的数字化测量。
Abstract:
Based on linear CCD, a digital differential muscle tension sensor has been designed.Using a cantilever beam as an elastic sensitive element and a linear CCD as a detection element, the change of tension was transformed into a position change of the laser spot,and the digital differential measurement of muscle tension was realized. By the symmetrical design of two linearCCDs, the sensor had the advantage of differential measurement. Displacement variation was represented by the number of linear CCD pixels, which made the sensor had the characteristics of digital measurement. The results show that the measurement method is characterized by digital difference, which significantly reduces the nonlinear and hysteresis error of the sensor, and is suitable for the digital measurement of micro tension.
