摘要:
血细胞计数(complete blood count ,CBC)是流式细胞分析(flow cytometer,FCM)的一个重要功能。本研究结合微机和流式细胞计数原理,设计了一个8086CPU和AT89C51之间串行通信的Proteus仿真。8086CPU识别模拟发生的血细胞脉冲,并与AT89C51通信,通过LED显示识别的细胞类型,LCD2004液晶显示血细胞个数及其直径大小。通过本研究可提高学生运用微机原理解决实际问题的能力,并加深对流式细胞计数原理的理解。
Abstract:
he complete blood count (CBC) is a key function of flow cytometry. We combined the principle of microcomputer (MCU) with the principle of flow cytometry (FCM) to present a Proteus-based simulation between the 8086 CPU and the AT89C51 via serial communication. The 8086 CPU could complete recognition of simulated cytometric pulse signal and communicate with the AT89C51. The simulated onboard LED could show types of recognized cells and the LCD2004 could display the blood cell numbers and diameters. It can improve students' ability to solve practical problems by using the microcomputer principle,and deepen their understanding of the flow cytometry principle.
