摘要:
静电纺丝纳米纤维由于比表面积大、孔隙率高、易添加多种成分等特性,是目前恶性肿瘤局部治疗领域的研究热点之一。因为电纺丝技术的多功能性,通过调整电纺纤维的结构和载药方式,可以满足不同的辅助治疗需求。本文从不同的电纺丝功能设计阐述了电纺丝纳米纤维膜在局部治疗领域的研究进展,并展望其发展前景。
Abstract:
Electrospun nanofibers have received much attention as a local drug delivery system due to their unique properties, such as large specific surface area, high porosity, easy addition of various components and so on. Because of the versatility of electrospinning technology, various adjuvant therapy requirements can be met by adjusting the structure of the electrospun nanofibrous membrane and drug delivery methods. In this paper, the research progress of electrospun nanofibrous membrane in the field of local treatment is described from the different electrospinning functional designs, and its development prospects are prospected.
