生物电现象在骨发育、骨折愈合和成骨过程中起着至关重要的作用,具有生物电活性的压电材料有着与骨相似的压电效应。利用压电支架材料作为人工合成修复骨缺损材料,已成为当前的研究热点。本文综述了天然骨生物电现象、压电材料对成骨细胞的促增殖及促骨缺损修复作用,以及压电支架材料在骨组织工程领域的相关研究进展,总结并分析了未来压电支架材料在骨组织工程领域的研究方向。

Bioelectricity plays an important role in bone development, fracture healing and osteogenesis. Piezoelectric materials with bioefectricity have similar piezoelectric effects to bone. As synthetic materials for repairing bone defects, piezoelectric scaffolds, have become a hot research topic. We reviews the bioelectric phenomena of natural bone, the proliferation promoting effect of piezoelectric materials on osteoblasts, the repair effect on bone defects, and the related research progress of piezoelectric scaffolds in the field of bone tissue engineering,summarizy and analyze the research direction of piezoelectric scaffolds in the field of bone tissue engineering in the future.
