摘要:
影像组学是从CT、PET或MRI等医学图像中提取高通量特征并加以定量分析,得到医学影像中隐含的高维信息,以此综合评价肿瘤异质性,从而辅助临床制定诊疗决策的方法。本文就影像组学在胃肿瘤诊疗中的应用进展进行综述,分析了影像组学在胃肿瘤的鉴别诊断、转移预测、病理学研究及术后疗效评价中的优势及局限性,并对影像组学应用于胃肿瘤诊疗的前景进行了展望。
Abstract:
Radiomics is a high-throughput quantitative analysis of medical images such as computed tomography (CT), positron emission computed tomography (PET) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to obtain high-dimensional information of target images, so as to comprehensively evaluate the heterogeneity of tumors and assist clinical decision-making. We mainly review the radiomics application progress in the differential diagnosis, metastasis prediction, pathological research and postoperative efficacy evaluation of gastric tumour, and put forward the preliminary prospect of radiomics in the research of gastric tumour in the future.
