本研究通过对淀粉进行季铵盐改性,开发了一种具有抗菌功能的淀粉止血海绵,并对其抑菌率、细胞毒性、皮内刺激、致敏等进行了研究。结果表明,季铵盐改性止血海绵的细胞相对增殖率为200%,细胞毒性分级为4级,与季铵盐改性止血海绵的抑菌性能试验结果相对应,说明其有抑菌性,且无皮内刺激,无致敏。其对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌的抑菌率达到99.97%,具有广阔的临床使用价值和市场前景。
Abstract:
We preparied a starch hemostatic sponge with bacteriostatic property by modifying the starch with quaternary ammonium salt,and studied the bacteriostatic rate, cytotoxicity, intradermal stimulation and sensitization of the sponge.The results showed that the relative cell proliferation rate of the hemostatic sponge modified by quaternary ammonium salt was 200%, and the cytotoxicity grade was 4 class.The results were consistent to the experimental results of antibacterial test of quaternary ammonium salt modified hemostatic sponge. It indicated that the quaternary ammonium salt modified hemostatic sponge had bacteriostatic property, and no skin irritaion and sensitization. The inhibition rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteriostasis was 99.97%. It has broad clinical application value and market prospect.
