为研究咀嚼力增强对骨质疏松大鼠颌骨骨丢失的保护作用及机制,选取30只雌性SD大鼠进行实验,行摘除卵巢术建立骨质疏松动物模型,喂食高硬度饲料建立咀嚼力增强动物模型,检测血清雌二醇(E2)、骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、牙槽骨骨形态计量学指标、TGF-β与OPG、RANKL基因等指标。结果显示,与模型组相比,实验组血清E2增加、BGP和ALP降低,但差异不显著。与模型组相比,实验组牙槽骨TGF-β、OPG显著增加,RANKL显著降低,骨体积分数(BV/TV)显著增加。结果表明,咀嚼力增强能够影响骨质疏松大鼠牙槽骨TGF-β与OPG、RANKL等指标的表达,可延缓骨质疏松大鼠颌骨骨丢失,对骨质疏松大鼠颌骨骨丢失有一定保护作用。

To explore protective effects and mechanism of enhanced chewing force on mandibular bone loss in osteoporotic rats, thirty female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were used for experiments. The animal models of osteoporosis were established by ovariectomy, and serum estradiol (E2), osteocalcin (BGP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), bone histomorphometric indexes,TGF-β, OPG and RANKL gene were detected. The results showed that serum E2 in experimental group increased but not significantly, serum BGP and serum ALP in experimental group decreased but not significantly, TGF-β and OPG in experimental group in alveolar bone increased significantly, RANKL in experimental group in alveolar bone decreased significantly, and bone volume to total volume fraction increased significantly in experimental group compared to model group. The study shows that enhanced chewing force can affect TGF-β, OPG, RANKL and other indexes expression in alveolar bone of osteoporosis rats, can delay mandibular bone loss in osteoporosis rats and may has a protective effect on mandibular bone loss in osteoporotic rats.
